The board of directors can only be described as a group of experienced individuals with very different personalities and a diverse set of talents, working together as a team towards a common goal. ​	Migal van As - Chairman of Intervate Solutions, has a background and qualification in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and Advanced Computer Studies from the Johannesburg College of Education. Prior to the founding of Intervate in early 1999, Migal spent 2 years running the web division of a locally listed IT group.  He has been actively involved in the local and international community as Enterprise Content Management (ECM) strategist. Migal has presented at numerous conferences and has published several articles on a range of topics relating to Enterprise Content Management. He is a founding and participating member of the SABS committee for Document Standards as well as the eGovernment Workgroup for Electronic Document Standards.​

​	Lionel Moyal -  holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree as well as an MBA from the University of Witwatersrand. He is a director and founding member of Intervate and has over 15 years experience in IT across a range of industries. His strong blend of technical skills and business understanding plays a key role in driving business innovation through the use of technology.  ​

​	Wilhelm van Rensburg -  studied engineering at the University of Stellenbosch and is a highly knowledgeable and skilled Microsoft Certified Professional. Wilhelm has 15 years work experience in an extensive range of sectors including Information Technology, Production, Engineering and Education. His career path has led him to experience and excel at management roles in all facets of the software development lifecycle. Wilhelm is a director at Intervate and heads up the Cape Town branch where his passion for business, technology and developing people has led to many successful deployments within the Western Cape.​

​	Graham Lawson - originally qualified as an Electrical Engineer at the University of the Witwatersrand and has since completed the Executive Business Programme at Witwatersrand Business School. Technically inclined with a sense of business savvy, Graham enjoys the challenges that come with managing a growing business, hence his position as Managing Director at Intervate. Graham joined Intervate in 2002 and worked with the existing executive team in transforming Intervate from an entrepreneurial start-up to the company it is today. He comes from a background in the ICT industry, having worked in the Altech group for 13 years where he held executive positions in a variety of divisions within the group.​

​	Mpumi Nhlapo -  joined Intervate in 2006 following a career in sales at Microsoft, our key strategic partner. Mpumi completed his Honours degree in Information Systems at the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing his MBA through Witwatersrand Business School. His target driven attitude, enthusiasm for sales and his effective networking abilities ensured his position of Sales and Marketing Director. ​
