Company Traditions
Intervate is not stifled by traditions as we enjoy revolutionizing the office environment but we have a few that we are particularly proud of.
Fridays are celebrated with a midday lunch; giving staff members the opportunity to chill out and to socialize with their colleagues. Intervate also holds a monthly staff meeting to inform onsite and offsite employees of any company news.
Staff team building events are organised on a regular basis to ensure that friendly and healthy internal relations exist between all staff members. From cricket to soccer, these events not only show off Intervate’s sport skills but create a buzz around certain worldly events. From company cricket matches, to events shared with clients and partner organisations with whom Intervate staff members have created close ties, Intervate is always interested in taking up friendly challenges on and off the sports field.
