Intervate provides high quality SharePoint reader, contributor and site administrator training to end users, in order for them to effectively utilise and roll out their newly implemented SharePoint solutions.
Training is one of the most crucial components of a successful deployment as the long term success of a project is greatly dependant on the level of training. Moreover, training that is neglected until the end of the project results in nervous and resistant users. To prevent this and ensure a successful deployment with high user acceptance, we integrate the training plan into the broader project plan, scheduling training interventions throughout the project lifecycle. This allows the necessary customised assessments and training material to be developed during the project development phase, and implementation of the training can thus coincide with the rollout and adoption of the system.
Intervate offers customised classroom training, as well as at-desk training for more customised solutions, which is lead by a competent instructor in our hands-on labs. We believe that all users should first gain a basic understanding of SharePoint concepts (reader training) before proceeding to the practical user training (contributor and site administrator training), thereby forming a strong foundation for understanding and using SharePoint proficiently on a daily basis.
